This yoga class will help de-stress and relax your mind and body, and renew your spirit. All are welcome at Contemplative, Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga, Friday afternoons, 1:30 to 2:30pm, January 10 through February 21.
First we'll flow through poses, then relax and release as we hold other more restorative poses.
This is a drop-in class for everyone, all levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few to lend), a bed-size pillow, and a lightweight blanket or throw. These props are very important for the restorative portion of the class.
