Monday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30pm, January 7 through February 18
This yoga class will help you de-stress and relax as we meditate on Bible passages. We will be on the floor for the duration of the class; however modifications can be made if you'd like to remain in a chair. We have a limited number of yoga mats, so you are encouraged to bring your own. Bring a bed-size pillow and a lightweight blanket or throw (even if staying in a chair).
