Hybrid Chair Exercise Classes

This class is a combination of Chair Yoga, Chair Aerobics, with Toning and Stretching that will help improve your health and fitness! These classes will be offered in-person with a limited capacity; safety protocols will be followed. We will also offer this class via Zoom for those who wish to participate from home. Please note the separate registrations for each class format, and registration will be required.
