Let's get moving – in our chairs! Lois Nelson leads this class which is a combination of Chair Yoga, Chair Aerobics, Toning and Stretching that will help to improve many areas of health and fitness!
The class is offered in person at Our Saviour's either outside (weather permitting) or in the Fellowship Hall with a limited capacity and safety protocols.
Chair Exercise is also offered via Zoom for those who wish to do the class from home. There are separate registrations for each class format.
